By accessing and using SayOnStream, you agree to these Terms. The service lets viewers preview how their text-to-speech (TTS) donation message will sound before sending it on a streamer's platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use SayOnStream for personal, non-commercial testing of donation messages. You will not use it to generate or transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content, nor to probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
You are responsible for the text you input. Previews are generated from your text and may be processed by a third-party TTS provider. You grant us the rights necessary to process your content to operate and improve the service. We do not broadcast your preview to a live audience.
SayOnStream integrates with external text-to-speech services. Preview quality, latency, and accuracy are not guaranteed. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply when your content is processed by those services.
The service provides preview audio only. You remain responsible for sending any actual donation on a streamer's platform and confirming that platform's rules.
We may apply reasonable rate limits and use cookies to prevent abuse and maintain availability. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and data use.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayOnStream and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.
